Everett Dobson in the Winner's Circle after the 2011 Breeders' Cup Dirt Mile

Cheyenne Stables and Candy Meadows are both owned by Everett Dobson, who splits his time between Oklahoma and Kentucky.

Everett Dobson has owned and raced thoroughbreds since 1996, and has owned Candy Meadows Farm since 2006.

Dobson is a member of the Board of Stewards for the Jockey Club and a member of the Breeders' Cup Ltd.  He is Vice Chairman of the Board of Trustees for TOBA, Vice Chairman of the Executive Committee and Chairman of the American Graded Stakes Committee.  He was recently named to Keeneland's Advisory Board of Directors.

Candy Meadows is operated in partnership with Jim Wells, a 35-year veteran horseman with a proven track record of raising stakes quality thoroughbreds.  Candy Meadows is currently home to about 35 mares.
