The filly is out of Truth and Honor, and is the second foal out of the 5-year-old mare. Her first was an Exchange Rate colt born last year. She is scheduled to be bred to Denman this year. Australian bred Denman, an multiple graded stakes winner in his home country, is standing his first season this year at Darley Stud in Kentucky.

Truth and Honor was bred by Everett Dobson and Don McNeill and is out of Dobson and McNeill's stakes-winning mare, Honor the Flag.

To date there have been five Caleb's Posse foals at Candy Meadows Farm:  4 colts and 1 filly.
